Job Position: Branch Operations Officer
Location: Matara Branch
Closing Date: 10 March 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Manage and support branch staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance branch performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branch operations or a similar role within the financial sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
