Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our Agency Distribution Team as an Officer in Regional Operations. This role is based in Thambuttegama and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the achievement of regional objectives in line with the company’s long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support regional sales teams and sales operations to achieve regional objectives.
• Ensure efficient administrative support to enhance regional performance.
• Collaborate with team members to implement strategies that drive business growth.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Work under minimum supervision, multitask, and manage tasks effectively under pressure.

Requirements:

• Undergoing a degree or professional qualification from a reputed University/Institute.
• Two years of administrative work experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
