Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice to Pattern Technologies and Sewing Technicians during the Product Development process.
- Ensure adherence to the critical path while meeting customer and manufacturing expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering.
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a technical role.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and technical requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
