Join Atlas Axillia, a leading brand in Sri Lanka, as a Manager – Maintenance and play a key role in optimizing plant operations and driving technological advancements.

The Role:

🔹 Oversee and manage all utility systems for optimal functionality.
🔹 Proactively monitor plant operations and implement necessary improvements.
🔹 Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for enhanced efficiency.
🔹 Maintain downtime records and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
🔹 Assess and drive automation projects for technological advancement.
🔹 Monitor energy consumption to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
🔹 Track and evaluate KPIs for technical personnel.
🔹 Oversee rewards & recognition programs for employees.
🔹 Manage overhead (OH), CAPEX, and OPEX budgets.
🔹 Ensure compliance with management system requirements through reporting.
🔹 Facilitate training programs for team development.

The Ideal Candidate:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
✔ 3+ years of managerial experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
✔ Experience in offset and screen printing with knowledge of the printing industry.
✔ Exposure to mechatronics & automation technologies.
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
