Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality control processes in our client’s dairy manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory standards and company quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage quality assurance processes in a dairy manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality systems.
- Conduct and manage audits, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
- Lead and mentor a team to maintain high-quality standards.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor quality control systems and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a dairy manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of dairy processing, food safety regulations, and quality systems.
- Proven experience in managing audits and working with regulatory bodies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
