About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Colombo. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting cost evaluations, monitoring sales performance, and overseeing financial operations to support strategic decision-making and ensure the company’s financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cost evaluations and provide accurate pricing to assist the sales team in generating quotes.
- Monitor sales activities and performance, providing detailed reports and insights to aid management decisions.
- Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and analyzing pricing structures for market competitiveness.
- Monitor accounts receivable and facilitate timely collections to maintain stable financial operations.
- Handle procurement processes, ensuring accurate stock management and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to create, review, and finalize financial budgets for various divisions.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in business analysis, financial planning, or sales performance monitoring.
- Strong ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, MS Excel, and data analysis tools is essential.
