Brandix is a digital-first apparel solutions company with a 50-year legacy of empowering manufacturing through innovation and global partnerships. We are seeking a Manager – Industrial Engineering to drive efficiency and productivity in our operations.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Achieve production efficiency targets (e.g., SMV, SAH) for assigned lines and sections.
✅ Ensure timely and accurate calculations using Yamazumi chart preparation, line balancing, and optimal machinery layout.
✅ Identify and implement improved methods for SMV reduction and enhanced efficiency.
✅ Assist in pre-production activities to meet targeted Production Start Dates.
✅ Oversee day-to-day Industrial Engineering activities to meet efficiency and productivity goals.
✅ Conduct accurate and timely SAH and efficiency calculations for each style.
✅ Provide guidance and training to IE Officers, ensuring accountability and performance.

🎓 Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering/Clothing Technology.
✔ GSD License or experience working with the GSD system.
✔ 6-8+ years of industry experience in Industrial Engineering, with at least 5 years in a similar capacity.
