Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Business Development, Maligawatta

Location: Maligawatta

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and achieve assigned business targets.
• Manage and develop the business portfolio with proper customer engagements, including timely collection of rental dues.
• Prepare and execute individual business plans.
• Organize and participate in promotional campaigns and business canvassing events.
• Regularly visit business partners and ensure healthy business relationships with suppliers, dealers, introducers, etc.
• Follow up and finalize all business leads promptly.

Requirements:

• Passed G.C.E. (A/L).
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the banking or non-banking finance industry.
• Hands-on sales and marketing experience of leasing/lending products will be considered in place of academic qualifications.
• Possess strong selling and people handling skills, business acumen, and the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, drive, and initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala; ability to communicate in Tamil will be a distinct advantage.
