Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Outlet Manager to oversee our retail operations in Malabe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling hardware items and accessories to the building industry, with experience in selling aluminium extrusions being an advantage. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell hardware items and accessories to the building industry.
- Identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Supervise and motivate showroom staff.
- Visit sites, contractors, and fabricators to canvass business.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in selling hardware items and accessories to the building industry. Experience in selling aluminium extrusions is an advantage.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Leadership skills to supervise and motivate showroom staff.
- Willingness to visit sites, contractors, and fabricators to canvass business.
