Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Control Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing customer accounts, preparing credit management reports, and assisting in the implementation of credit control policies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer accounts.
- Prepare credit management reports for management purposes.
- Assist in the implementation of credit control policies.
- Assist in conducting annual audits.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Participate in monthly and annual stock-taking.
Qualifications:
- Complete or pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Part completion of professional qualifications in AAT/CA/ACCA/CIMA.
- Minimum 1-year experience in the accounting or finance field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Male candidates are preferred.
