Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Industrial Engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving production efficiency targets (e.g., SMV, SAH) for assigned lines and sections. This role involves on-time and accurate calculations, yamazumi chart preparation, line balancing, and effective layout of machinery and manpower. The role-holder will also identify and implement improved methods for SMV reduction and higher efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre-production activities and achieve targeted Production Start Date for assigned sections.
- Achieve planned efficiency and productivity targets and manage day-to-day Industrial Engineering activities for assigned sections.
- Conduct accurate and on-time calculations, such as SAH and efficiency for each style.
- Provide guidance and training to IE Officers and be responsible for their performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering/Clothing Technology with a GSD License or experience working with the GSD system.
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering within a large-scale apparel manufacturing entity.
