Job Description

They are looking for a talented and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join their team on a 6-month contract basis.

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers, defining and implementing QA processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. This role requires a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, 1 experience with automation tools, and excellent leadership skills.  

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, including performance reviews, goal setting, and skill development.
  • Define and implement QA processes and best practices across the organization.
  • Oversee the development and execution of all testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Work closely with development and product/client teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of software releases.
  • Analyze and report on the quality of software products and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the QA processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of overall testing experience with at least 2 years in a test lead capacity.
  • Proven experience in QA automation is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, JavaScript, and Python.
