About Us
We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to take ownership of designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining automation and tooling solutions to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our operational platforms.

This role involves leading automation initiatives, ensuring continuous integration, testing, and deployment through best practices and modern DevOps tools, while also guiding and mentoring the team. You will play a key role in driving the organization toward high availability, scalability, and security in all services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

✔ Identify and execute new automation opportunities to drive efficiency and scalability.
✔ Maintain and expand existing automations and related processes for optimal performance.
✔ Create high-quality documentation, presentations, and training materials to share knowledge across teams.
✔ Engage with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, thoroughly tested, and frequently deployed software.
✔ Mentor and guide colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
✔ Provide leadership in service/program management to align DevOps strategies with business objectives.

Required Skills and Competencies

💻 Source Code Management: Strong expertise in Git and related version control systems.
🚀 CI/CD Implementation: Advanced skills in CI/CD pipeline development and optimization.
☁ Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
🔍 Automation & Testing: Strong background in test data management and automated testing.
🖥 Infrastructure Management: Deep understanding of operating systems, infrastructure, and containerization.
🔒 Security Best Practices: Experience ensuring compliance and security in DevOps pipelines.
🎯 Business & Process Knowledge: Ability to align DevOps strategies with company goals.
🤝 Leadership & Mentorship: Proven experience guiding and mentoring engineering teams.
🗣 Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Education & Experience

🎓 A University degree or equivalent professional qualification in Software Engineering, System Engineering, or IT Operations is required.
