Key Responsibilities:
- Improve showroom sales and achieve sales targets.
- Manage and motivate a sales team, ensuring discipline and target achievement.
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of showroom presentation.
- Work flexible hours, including day and night shifts.
Requirements:
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in showroom sales improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Sinhala required; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
- Willingness to work day and night shifts.
- Age: 30-45 years.
Remuneration Package:
- An attractive remuneration package (negotiable) will be offered to the right candidate, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
