Our client is one of Sri Lanka’s leading companies in the consumer electronics industry, known for innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Manager for their dealer network.
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager – Dealer Network will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers, identifying and onboarding new dealers, and implementing sales strategies to drive growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the consumer electronics market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers in targeted regions.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to create promotional materials and programs that drive dealer sales.
- Organize dealer meetings, seminars, and events to enhance product knowledge and sales.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.
- Address customer or dealer issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure dealers adhere to company standards and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in sales and marketing (full-time or part-time).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics field.
- Strong interpersonal and people skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative team player.
- Valid driving license.
- Ideal candidates are under 35 years of age.
