Due to our expanding operations, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hygiene Executive to join our team and support our growth across our retail outlets network.

Job Summary:

As a Hygiene Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our retail outlets, including storage and other areas, in accordance with company hygiene policies and food safety regulations. You will monitor and enforce proper hygiene practices, conduct regular inspections, manage hygiene supplies, and provide staff training on cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the environment of the outlets, including storage and other areas, are cleaned and sanitized according to company hygiene policies.
• Monitor and enforce proper hygiene practices to comply with food safety regulations and health standards.
• Regularly inspect the cleanliness of receiving areas, cold storage, and the overall outlets.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and hygiene supplies, ensuring outlets are always stocked.
• Educate staff on hygiene procedures and provide ongoing training on cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Assist in organizing and preparing outlets for hygiene audits and inspections.
• Report any hygiene or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Support the implementation of hygiene policies across multiple outlets and ensure consistency in procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedures, particularly in food storage and handling.
• Understanding of food safety regulations, including cold chain management and stock handling.
• Previous experience in a hygiene or quality management role, preferably within the food industry or retail environment.
• Ability to manage and oversee hygiene operations at multiple outlets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
