Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser – Bulk to join our team in Colombo 3. The ideal candidate will manage bulk production from order placement to garment delivery, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining strong relationships with external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with external parties.
• Manage bulk production from order placement to garment delivery.
• Follow up on production daily and ensure factories meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor the critical path and ensure planned sample delivery dates are achieved.
• Conduct weekly critical path correspondence with factories and customers.
• Manage factory capacity allocation.
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines when communicating with customers and suppliers.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in the industry with expertise in bulk production (specialized in woven products).
• Relevant Degree/Diploma or professional qualification in Merchandising/Marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to cope with pressure.
• Leadership/Teamwork & Numerical Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of global manufacturing and operations capabilities.
