Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Executive – Industrial Engineering to join our dynamic team at MAS Active in Biyagama. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Physical Science and Industrial Engineering, along with 2-4 years of work experience. This role involves ensuring effective work systems, implementing Industrial Engineering practices, and conducting efficient Standard Minute Value (SMV) analysis to continuously improve productivity levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and sustain effective work systems and Industrial Engineering practices.
- Conduct Standard Minute Value (SMV) analysis to optimize productivity.
- Continuously monitor and improve factory productivity levels.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient production processes.
- Provide training and support to staff on Industrial Engineering practices.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Science and Industrial Engineering.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Industrial Engineering tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
