About Us:
We are a large-scale Aquaculture and Agriculture farm located in the Gampaha district. We are dedicated to sustainable farming practices and are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Operations Manager.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Manager with a background in Aquaculture and moderate knowledge in Agriculture. The ideal candidate will have experience in mud-pond inland edible fishery and will be groomed to eventually take on the role of Farm Manager. Lodging is available for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Aquaculture and Agriculture farm.
  • Manage mud-pond inland edible fishery operations.
  • Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices.
  • Supervise and coordinate farm activities to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Prepare for and transition into the role of Farm Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Aquaculture with moderate knowledge in Agriculture.
  • Preferably male under 45 years of age.
  • Reasonable experience in mud-pond inland edible fishery.
  • Knowledge or exposure in greenhouse farming is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
