Chicken Processing Plant Manager

📍 Location: Fiji
📌 Reporting to: Operations Manager

Are you an experienced professional in poultry processing? Join our team and contribute to the success of Fiji’s leading fresh egg and poultry products company!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee and coordinate plant operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
✅ Plan and manage chicken processing activities
✅ Monitor inventory of packaging materials and manage ordering
✅ Verify live chickens upon arrival and oversee loading of finished goods
✅ Ensure processing targets are met efficiently
✅ Review and verify plant documentation and daily reports
✅ Ensure compliance with HALAL and other regulatory standards
✅ Supervise employees and quality control processes
✅ Monitor GHP/GMP compliance
✅ Implement system enhancements and innovative solutions

Key Competency Requirements:

🔹 Relevant qualification in a related field
🔹 Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role
🔹 Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
🔹 Expertise in ISO 22000 and processing plant regulations
