Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Learning & Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating training programs, securing healthcare, and supporting various learning initiatives. Your primary goal will be to foster a culture of continuous learning by evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and ensuring they align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify training and development needs.
• Source training facilitators and programs within the allocated budget, assessing return on investment (ROI).
• Facilitate, coordinate, and implement training programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data-driven insights to enhance their impact.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design succession planning strategies and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Stay updated on industry trends in learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development role.
• Proven experience in conducting and facilitating training sessions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital training tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of modern training methods.
