Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Production Manager to manage our wooden furniture production process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wooden furniture manufacturing, proficiency in CNC machines, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks, and a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire wooden furniture production process to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
- Oversee operations of CNC machines and ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for production planning and design improvements.
- Supervise and guide production teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor raw material usage and ensure minimal waste.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Production, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in wooden furniture manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CNC machines, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks is essential.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
