Job Description
The Farm Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of farm operations, including crop production, workforce management, and quality control. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the farm workforce to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Training, developing, and motivating employees to achieve superior performance
- Overseeing crop production data and communicating volume forecasting
- Evaluating crop status and implementing pest and disease control programs
- Executing new projects based on farm needs
- Maintaining smooth communication with all departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Agriculture
- At least 2 years of experience in the agricultural industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Sinhala and English
- A pleasing personality
- Age below 30
