Senior Merchandiser – Bulk

The Senior Merchandiser – Bulk is responsible for driving the T&A for assigned orders (category/customer), ensuring the achievement of objectives such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality, schedule attainment, and profitability. This requires close coordination with cross-functional internal teams and accurate data entry into the ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Effectively coordinate the timely execution of orders to meet predefined delivery targets.1
- Manage your T&As, ensuring 100% coordination with customers.2
- Record and distribute weekly updates, collaborating with the Planning team to meet committed delivery deadlines.3
- Maintain up-to-date status reports for all orders and ensure 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD).4
- Ensuring accurate data entry into the ERP system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing or Clothing Technology or Business Administration or Marketing.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the Merchandising function including handling system data entry, shipment advices and booking confirmations.
- Strong customer negotiation, communication and management skills.
