HR Analyst
ABOUT THE ROLE
Nawaloka Hospital is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our Human Resources Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing HR data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, organize, and analyze HR metrics such as recruitment, retention, training, and performance data.
- Prepare HR dashboards, monthly reports, and analytical insights for management.
- Support HR planning, policy review, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of HR data and systems.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and departmental teams to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Experience:
- HR analytics, HR operations, or data reporting will be an added advantage.
