Position: Administrative and Academic Coordinator

Job Description

As an Administrative and Academic Coordinator, you will play a role in overseeing administrative operations and academic tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support daily administrative operations and maintain organized documentation.
  • Coordinate academic schedules, student registration, assessments, and records.
  • Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and administrative departments.
  • Assist with onboarding, attendance, and HR-related documentation.
  • Organize meetings, academic events, seminars, and staff schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and quality assurance processes.
  • Provide timely support to enhance student experience and academic delivery.

Position: Student Enrolment Officer

Job Description

As a Student Enrolment Officer at AOG Campus, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process while supporting the institute’s recruitment goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide accurate program and course information through professional counseling and guidance.
  • Increase student admissions by achieving monthly and annual enrollment targets.
  • Maintain positive communication and service standards when interacting with students, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Support marketing activities including outreach campaigns, promotional events, and lead generation.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to applications, documentation, and student data management.
  • Follow up with inquiries and potential applicants to ensure timely conversion to enrollment.
  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies and maintain confidentiality of student records.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • A strong academic background in a related field.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, with excellent interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Prior experience in similar role will be an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to grow in the relevant fields.
  • Ability to work during weekends and willingness to work extended hours during peak periods or special occasions when required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve challenges effectively.
