- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Pattern Making / Grading or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the apparel industry
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in pattern drafting, grading, and tech pack development
- Hands-on knowledge of knit and woven fabrics (including washed and dyed products)
- Ability to interpret customer specifications and time & action (T&A) calendars
- Risk assessment and sample room collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills (buyer/brand interactions)
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
