Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain in‑house Business Intelligence (BI) applications using modern technologies
- Ensure BI solutions comply with industry standards, development guidelines, and best practices
- Design, enhance, and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to support data‑driven decision‑making
- Work with large datasets, data warehouses, and cloud-based environments to build reliable BI solutions
- Collaborate with other business units to gather requirements
Entry Requirements
Candidate Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 02 – 04 years of proven experience in Data, BI or related domains, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
- Hands-on experience in Tableau, Power BI, SSIS, and SSRS is essential
- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and familiarity with ETL tools and data integration processes
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing and Cloud technologies
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
