Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Contourline team as an Assistant – Employee Relations – Operations. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support employee attendance, engagement, and retention by closely coordinating with production and HR stakeholders, monitoring absenteeism and cadre requirements, and contributing to smooth operational continuity through effective people management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect relevant information on absent employees and take proactive steps to motivate attendance, minimizing headcount shortages. 
  • Coordinate with Production and the HR Executive – Employee Relations to monitor absenteeism and employee turnover. 
  • Support employee motivation and retention by promoting training and development initiatives, as well as work–life balance programs. 
  • Analyze shift‑wise, module‑level cadre requirements and work closely with the recruitment point person to ensure timely fulfillment, enabling smooth operations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
  • 1- 2 years’ of relevant work experience assisting in Employee Relation related activities 
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
