Key Responsibilities
As the QA Manager, you will oversee sewing operations to ensure products meet buyer standards and are delivered on time. Key duties include:
- System Oversight: Managing the overall factory quality systems.
- Inspection Management: Implementing and monitoring in-line, end-line, and final inspection processes.
- Compliance: Ensuring all products meet AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) requirements and buyer-specific standards.
- Audits: Handling buyer and factory audits and managing corrective actions.
- Leadership: Leading, training, and developing QA teams across the production floor.
- Continuous Improvement: Driving initiatives for defect reduction and quality enhancement.
Candidate Requirements
The company is looking for a “young, self-motivated individual” with the following credentials:
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a QA Manager specifically in garment manufacturing.
- Education: A Diploma or Degree in Garment Technology or Quality Management.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of buyer requirements and excellent leadership/communication skills.
