Candidate Profile:

• Age: Below 23 years
• GCE O/L: Minimum 6 passes with credits for English & Mathematics
• And:
  • GCE (A/L): Minimum 3 passes (excluding General English) or,
  • Diploma/HND: In Management, Finance or any other related field
• IT Skills: Basic IT knowledge (MS Office) is essential
• Communication: Effective Communications skills and being trilingual will be an advantage
• Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
• Experience: Prior experience in Banking / Finance / Customer service will be an advantage.
