Junior Executive – Digital Customer Support and Complaint Handling

We are expanding our Service Management team! If you have a knack for managing customer communications and handling digital requests efficiently, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate email communications professionally
  • Conduct Video KYC sessions in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries received through digital platforms (web, mobile apps, social media etc.)
  • Handle customer complaints and service requests efficiently using CRM systems
  • Ensure timely escalation and follow-up to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Sinhala. Spoken Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service, email handling or complaint management is preferred
  • Familiarity with systems and digital customer interaction tools
  • Professional attitude and ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable with using technology for video interactions and digital workflows
  • Be below 30 years
