Operational Supervisors (Loading/Unloading/Supply/Production)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee loading and unloading activities.
- Supervise daily production operations.
- Report daily production output and issues to management.
- Assist in coordinating shipments and deliveries.
- Resolve issues related to loading and unloading operations.
- Coordinate with contractors and workers.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse or production operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- Passed A/L and credit pass for Mathematics and English at O/Ls.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Proficiency in basic MS Excel.
- Ability to work extended hours when required (OT Entitle).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Preference will be given to male candidates.
