Intern – Divisional Lean Enterprise
(Based at MAS Intimates – Ratmalana)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in collaboration with Senior executives to conduct audits within the assigned sub pillar and report the findings to plant/front end management and MOS team whilst regularly conducting follow up sessions to develop achievement of MOS calibration roadmap set.
- Assist the team in customizing the standard MOS training materials, design them according to the target audience and conduct in-house MOS training programs in order to impart knowledge & improve the skills of relevant team members.
- Engage in Gemba Walks, speak with Team Members, Team Leaders, Group Leaders & process owners on a regular basis, understand the current situation, identify process deviation and involve all stakeholders in maintaining & improving the standards established
- Implement new practices & processes to the production floor / operations and carryout special MOS projects through continuous improvement to facilitate the smooth functioning
- Facilitate & capture learnings from consultant visits & internal resource persons and ensure they are retained for continuous business improvement
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate degree in Data Science, IT, Management
- Knowledge on Excel, MS Word and power BI
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
