Recovery Officer – Vavuniya

We seek a results-oriented dynamic individual with a high degree of motivation, excellent communication and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate must be a qualified & talented individual with a can-do attitude, having a sound understanding of the subject matter to make comprehensive decisions, the ability to work as part of a team and possess the determination to succeed in a challenging environment.

Job Profile

• Achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets
• Handling inquiries of customers
• Regular customer visits and collect overdue payments
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans

Qualifications

• Should be below 25 years
• Should have 3 passes at the G.C.E A/L Examination
• Should have a valid Driving License (Having a motorbike will be an added advantage)
• School leavers are encouraged to apply
